Five years ago today, I got the ultimate upgrade. We've got a great thing going: she does the pumping, and I do everything else; we make a nice team. Not to say it was touch and go there for a while, but, my doc still calls me Lazarus. Cheers to 1,826 days of a literal change of heart! 🥂🌮
